We are getting somewhere I think, abit hazy but definitely a voyage worth undertaking. 6 trophies in one regatta. More trainings to come and a stronger team to field. Meiling, Alvin and Justin are going down to view the boat tomorrow, I do pray that we will be able to buy it. NUS is so cheapskate. My goodness!
Mine!! It is pretty and it is Mine. I feel like a retarded kid but I am so happy that I finally laid my hands on the iPhone. That almost completes my Mac conversion… sold my O2 Atom Life to patch part of the hole it tore in my shallow pockets. I seriously wouldn’t buy it if not for the fact that the stupid-bulky-remote-control looking O2 cannot sync with the Mac OS. At the same time, I have been damn high since getting it. During the short dinner at Newton, I have repeatedly asked Winston, ‘Are you happy for me? Because I am really happy!’ Ok. Now, I am less happy, i just stuck the screen protector and there is a big bubble.

I know I blog in spates. That is because I tend to accumulate all the events and record them all at one time. Winston’s birthday celebration was over a period of 2 days and the preparation leading up to it was at least one month. It was well worth it and hopefully, memorable. That is what all birthdays should be, a day when people take the opportunity to tell you how important and well- loved you are…
Dinner at Bobby’s located at CHIJMES. Thought that the lamb and the atmosphere would be good but evidently not. Don’t go there.
Hunky- dory Dennis opened up his place for post- dinner drinking. I think he has a family who loves alcohol very much, himself bordering on alcoholism. That would explain why his house is so filled with various booze and liquor at any given time. Nevertheless, our alcoholic host was wonderful and very hospitable.
I finally settled on a svelte Sony T70 for Winston’s present. It is 8.1 megapixel and comes with an extra- large touch- screen. Actually, the main thing is that it looks so pretty and the touch- screen is orgasmic. I am a geek when it comes to that. Maybe I am just shallow…
Celebration with the family at Orchard Hotel Hua Ting before adjourning home to cut the birthday cake. Daniel said that the cake looks like a mud- cake. Winston’s brother is just too smart and mercenary for an 11- year old. He comes up with damn funny comments all the time.
I love crabs and I love the milky crab beehoon at Melben Toa Payoh. So much that I even coerced everyone to go there for Weiwen’s 21st post- birthday celebration. Then it was off to Claire’s place to slack and watch them play table- tennis. I hate that game. I spend most of the time on the floor finding the ball. Very demoralising.
Sometimes, the things that I am so sure of in my mind get muddled up in my heart. So, I will try to convince myself of the absolute truth of an uncertainty. I have password- protected a post because I am no longer sure. I am not unsure but just not sure. Odd it seems.
Sometimes, both parties think that their love is larger than life. I do love Winnie and I know that he loves me as well. I can feel it and have experienced it. The question is whether it is larger than our lives. Just when I was so sure that it was not, the constant flux of emotions and insanity tell me that it is only right for love to be greater than all the worries and insecurities. Delusional it seems.
Now, we are just not sure. And so, we shall see how it plays out. But I am happy, so no worries =)

It wasn’t too bad considering the sucky shit boat that we use, I have no idea why our J24 isn’t even fibre-glass. Owell…we had new $10k sails before the race. That was basically the only thing people can say about our boat, “O…Nice sails!” I honestly felt quite depressed to hear that. Nevertheless, with our three SEA games sailors as anchors, NUS achieved 3rd overall and 2nd for PY Class. Really not bad at all. Sailing with the guys also made me realise the crappy little I know.

Then we went prawn fishing at Bottle Tree Park (because the trees look like bottles). The only fishing that most of us did was from the char bee hoon…kudos to Aloy and Shan for the fresh prawns they caught
